Delivery Information
At Jordan Taylor & Co.
we aim to keep merchandise in stock for prompt delivery in the
Big Country. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Your
delivery window will be determined at the time of purchase and
is generally within three days of purchase depending on
delivery area and availability. Our customer service personnel
will attempt to contact you the day before the scheduled
delivery day with a two-hour window for delivery. If we have
been unable to reach you, please call (325) 672-9792 to
identify a two-hour delivery window. Please note: If
you live in a gated community or apartment complex, at the
time of purchase please provide the complex name and any
instructions or codes that may be helpful to our delivery
personnel.
Our professional and
courteous delivery personnel are specially trained to move
furniture safely and carefully. As much as possible, please
prepare your home for delivery in order to expedite the
service.
Delivery Policy
“Take-With” items
(lamps, mirrors, accessories, artwork, Gift Shop merchandise,
etc.) must be picked up by the customer. Delivery is not
available for these purchases.
For furniture purchases, a
non-refundable delivery fee of $55 per stop within the Abilene
city limits will apply. For
deliveries outside the Abilene
city limits, an additional rate will apply.
To schedule a pick-up of an
item to be returned, please contact your sales associate at
672-9792. The pick-up appointment will be scheduled according
to the regular delivery schedule. There is a $55 pick-up fee
for all returned merchandise within the Abilene
City
limits.

Please
note: We will not
remove old mattresses and box springs from your premises, so
please make other arrangements. If you would like to donate
your old bedding, please contact Christian
